These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Taylwinds LLC (“Taylwinds,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website, www.taylwinds.com (“Site”), and the travel planning services we provide.
By accessing or using this Site, or booking travel through Taylwinds, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Services Offered

Taylwinds LLC provides curated travel planning services, travel resources, and recommendations. Some links on this Site may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases—at no extra cost to you.
All planning services are subject to availability, timing, and the terms and conditions of third-party providers.

2. Role as a Travel Advisor

Taylwinds acts solely as an independent travel advisor. We arrange travel services on your behalf through third-party suppliers such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.
We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or policies. All supplier terms and conditions apply to your booking.

3. User Conduct

When using this Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or misleading purposes.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or engage in data scraping.
  • Impersonate another person or falsely claim affiliation.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

4. Affiliate Disclaimer

Taylwinds participates in affiliate marketing programs. We may include links on this Site that result in a commission from qualifying purchases. These links do not influence our recommendations—we only share products and services we believe may be of interest to travelers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, logos, graphics, blog posts, and photographs—is the property of Taylwinds LLC unless otherwise credited. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

6. Booking Terms

When booking through Taylwinds LLC:

  • All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel suppliers involved (e.g., hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, airlines).
  • Taylwinds is not liable for changes, cancellations, delays, or decisions made by suppliers.
  • Payment terms, cancellation deadlines, and refund policies will be provided prior to booking and must be reviewed and agreed to by the traveler.
  • For group trips hosted by Taylwinds, additional terms and waivers will apply. These will be provided during the sign-up process and must be signed prior to travel.
  • Taylwinds reserves the right to cancel a hosted group trip due to insufficient interest, force majeure, or other uncontrollable events. In such cases, a full or partial refund will be issued per the policy shared at the time of booking.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

  • Taylwinds’ planning fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the supplier’s policy and may be reduced by cancellation fees.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
  • Suppliers may change or cancel services for operational, weather, or other reasons beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with alternatives, but additional costs may apply.

8. Travel Insurance

We recommend all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance, which may include coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events. If you decline insurance, you assume full responsibility for any resulting losses.

9. Limitation of Liability

Taylwinds LLC is not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of any travel supplier.
  • Personal injury, property damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third parties.
  • Government actions, weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our control (“force majeure”).
    Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with a supplier’s services lies with that supplier, subject to their policies.

10. Privacy

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of our Site, or the services we provide shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
